Con Fed Cup only began in '92...and i think this is actully the first year where it contained 8 teams so dont be so suprised at it being kinda low key. Laakiin...USA props Spain aint lost in 35 matchs, they were really the inform team... and practically half the USA squad play in MLS which isnt even on par with the english conference teams lol.
