i had that problem a couple of years ago at one time i did'nt sleep for 4 days i think it was due to exams anway how i overcame it was first your stress must go and mine was the exams and next make sure u dont eat anything with caffeine after 8. then what u do is plenty of exercise which will make u naturally tired and over time your sleep will come back again.
