Is the underlying reason behind your logic based on facts, rules of our religion or merely to be polite? Because you can be polite to non believers and believers alike without needing to be in agreement with their lifestyle choices. No one is arguing here about the child's sins but rather the parents. The fact the parents committed zina and as a result was an illegitiment child. There is a reason behind the scared institution of marriage: to have halaal children. If that wasn't the case, ALLAH would not ordain certain laws regarding marriage, children upon us. Obviously I'm talking to a brick wall(YOU) for you bluntly disregarded the hadith presented to you by my numerous members including I.

You continuely try to mock our religion by making it seems as if its a burden on Muslims by trying to convenience yourself with ridiculously feeble arguments that is only amicable to kufaars and ignorant ones such as yourself.

Sarkozy is just another man telling women what to do...he's just paying homage to long forgotten passage in the bible that goes something like..."thy desire shall be to thy man(husband)...and he shall rule over thee"

maskiinka wax amarkaan ka hoosqaada buu waaye.including his current and former wife..so when he realized muslim women are admits his rule..he figured..i should practice this long over due rule to which his own women folk have denied him, and long behold....french men now have grown a pair to order women around.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do ....

But.
Burka shouldn't be banned but in schools/teachers/doctors, airports, police in public buildings. Things obscuring the identity of a person should be taken off for security reasons. When i go to a bank, i cannot go in with a motorcycle helmet and no exceptions should be allowed.

Naturally.
I'll be decked out in a burka and respecting the cultural and religious rules of the country that i am in. I do not expect Saudi Arabia to allow me to walk around in my jeans and conform to me. I have to change and adapt to them.
