Somalis migrate to a new state every five years or so, remember when Maine and AZ were the hot places to move to, then there was MN about a decade ago.

Does Seattle even have a "generous welfare system"? And this city is one of the most expensive to live in the U.S so what does extra hundreds in welfare mean when the rent eats it up?
