Countries that got recognized instead of somaliland.

Since 1991, these countries have all gained independence and membership in the United Nation. Ironically in 18 years, 18 countries have been recognized instead of somaliland. :lol: :lol:

Armenia - 21 September 1991

Azerbaijan - 30 August 1991

Belarus - 25 August 1991

Bosnia and Herzegovina - 1 March 1992

Croatia - 25 June 1991

Czech Republic - 1 January 1993

Eritrea - 24 May 1993 :lol:

Estonia - 20 August 1991

Georgia - 9 April 1991

Kazakhstan - 16 December 1991

Kyrgyzstan - 31 August 1991

Kosovo - 17 February 2008

Macedonia - 8 September 1991

Moldova - 27 August 1991

Namibia - 21 March 1990

Slovakia - 1 January 1993

Slovenia - 25 June 1991

Tajikistan - 9 September 1991

Turkmenistan - 27 October 1991

Uzbekistan - 1 September 1991

East Timor and Montenegro became independent in the 21st century. All those countries, have legitimate reasons for self-determination. Some of the current states fighting for independence have partial recognitions only Somaliland is the only territory not recognized by any state. May be next year :lol:
