I only wish they let the A.U in complete battle against these shabab bastards. Why waste their resources for nothing, all they are their really for is being bodyguards of parliamentarians and the government. The A.U leave and let shabab run the country? Which international community wants to be seen doing bi-lateral, diplomatic, economical, and other crucial tie with a bunch of religious extremist? let me give u a hint..u see afghanistan and the way the taliban was shut out for 10 years nearly. What progress did they make? all they gave the afghanis was peace n security, no progress because progress requires cooperation with the world. What about when shabab needs a loan to build a road? How they going to go to the imf if sanctions have been placed on them.

Infact look no further then 2006 when the icu ruled..remember they slapped sanctions on the hawala's? well that was just the beginning if shabab is the official government not only will they do that, but they will definitely invade again the international troops and more ppl will just die.

Noone in the world wants anything to do with these ppl, marka the local ppl life will not advance very far with shabab rule. Except of course peace n stability, because they provide that thru intimidation and fear. But you won't see progress u will just see more suffering if shabab is given the government. Because what would somalis do if the united nations slapped a export/import sanction on them? wallahi they would starve out no problems. I remember when they shut the hawalas and they were crying like a bitch. And that was not even 1/10 of the punishment the world will give somalis if shabab becomes a government.

Yeah that is what i was saying, they need to be active soldiers not just personal bodyguards. The environment in hamar doesn't require bodyguards but soldiers. Nomadic said their mandate is looking to be updated, so we will wait n see.

somalis in somalia are illiterates and once the AU r given permission to fight alshabab the rest of the population will side with alshabab. best for th AU 2 do is to get out of somalia, make a border wall with southern somalia and kill every somali who escapes that wall. besides these warships hunting for pirates can block of the seas. let them all perish.

IGAD wanted AMISOM peacekeepers be allowed to fight directly with the insurgency, don't know if AU will approve this.

American suufi...The pirate is not harming anyone on the land sxb. They are not raping, looting, killing, or causing mayhem for somali ppl. Infact they go around to the idp camps where these hamaris are and donate their funds to them. no joke either. Pirates are not dangerous ppl to somalis, they are just getting square with the world for focking with their seafood business which wat the coastal regions of that area live on. Once the A.U sets up exclusion zone on somalia sea as promised, piracy is finished. We cant just let these gaalo walk in and out and do whatever they want to our seas. They must know its not theres.
