Nairobi/Mogadishu, july 16, 2009 (Al-Khaleej) - Somaliland Officials have been involved in secret talks aimed at exploring the possibility of re-unification with Somalia,
the daily Arabic newspaper Al-Khaleej disclosed on Thursday...........
