I usually use mositurizer before bed time, cleanse my face before bed and in the morning.On the weekends, I mix honey, black seed, and avacado and us it as a mask for one hour. Get this awesome facial once a month.

I honestly don't do anything beyond soap, water, and your basic moisturizer.

It also helps that I rarely drink anything other than water.

But, other than that, it's genetics; and I'm blessed.

My regular routine consists of using a mild soap or cleanser twice a day and a light moisturizer whenever my skin feels dry.

If the weather has been particularly rough or I’ve done some activity that stresses the skin such as swimming, spending the day in the sun with a frequent use of sun block, or spending the day downtown with its polluted air, I’ll give my self a light facial using apricot scrub and some witch hazel.
