Absolutely not. I am not gonna start with the most oppotunistic bunch in the premiership, I am a Gunner-for-life. But I wish Wnger takes more aggressive steps in signing, plus teach the lads how to finish even if it's not so perfect goal and stop looking for the perfect goal.

Eduardo scored two goals in a friendly. Arsenal will come back strong, people forget the Gunners reached semis of both the FA Cup and Champions League with the same squad. The future looks good.

I agree Nomadic...Arsenal are fantastic laakiin Pre-season dont mean shit. Take a look at Owen..dudes like a freakin goal machine for United over in Asia...whos to say when it comes to the new season he'll still be playing like that. As much as I like Owen..hopes thats not the case. This will be Uniteds year of Gloom. Inshallah.

That's correct yo, I'm excited about Arsenal next season, even though they only had one acquisition so far, few experienced players will make the squad invincible, I laugh when people say Man City will replace Arsenal as part of the big four. City got 10 strikers,   Adebayor should fall back to defense and help. I can see Owen replace Berbatov up front. Man Utd is def going down.

Hughes is gonna set a new record by playing all six attackers at the same time, cause none of them signed to be benched, it'll be interesting. Besides, it'll take another year minimum for the players to set their strides. As for the top four, it'll be business as usual..............maybe manure will fight for the 4th place with Everton

Ismahan,

I am sorry, I had to say that. It's very likely that Manure will come after Everton or maybe after A. Villa, their days of glory has come to an end.

Man City's front row will be over crowded, Roque, Tevez, Bellamy, Robinho, Ade, SW Philips and Ireland............... am I forgetting somebody?

SL,

At the beginning of every season we are underestimated b/c we start slow and SAF is funky with who he brings in to the squad, yet we come on top. I dont think the departure of CR or Tavez ( ) will change anything.

I think you should accompany me to Old Trafford, perhaps that might change your view on Man Uted?

Isma,

U r right about sluggish starts every season, but it's different when u have the likes of Tevez and CR, who does SAF has now? Rooney, who needs to be kept in a leash to avoid getting red carded, Berba, who snoozes 75 minutes of the game.................who else.

I hate Old Trafford

As if Hughes was reading on this thread, he is on the verge of landing Colo Toure.

Sky Sports sources understand Manchester City are close to agreeing a £16million deal with Arsenal for Kolo Toure.

Yeah...Toure is one of my favourite Gooners. He shouldve definetly been made skipper when Henry left instead of Gallas. But I think he wants to go now anway..he handed in a transfrer request back in January but had to stay even though he hardly played. Laakiin we have 7 centre backs already....so Toure will be missed but I wont cry about him leaving.
So much for luring Yaya here now hes Bro's on his way out....bugger.
