why do so called westernized halimos who tend to show thier cowro hair, belly, hands-- do not wanna show thier legs by wearing shorts. since,From islam prespective there is no difference if women shows her hair and hands or legs. is it unattrective part of their body that they do not wanna show or wat.

The point of Islamic female modesty is to cover up the ATTRACTIVE parts. The point of much of western dress is to cover up the unattractive parts. Of course, much of this fails on the red carpet.
