There's corruption, then there's Somalia's TFG

Postby paidmonk » Thu Aug 06, 2009 7:27 pm

It might just be me, but is there a charter that says the TFG is absolutely not allowed to perform any public service?

They're not paving roads though they have money for it. They're not feeding the hungry or maintaining refugee camps even though they have the money for it.

Is it because of a charter...(or the fact that Hawiyes are self-destructive)...?

The previous TFG actually went to work on the security sector. They built up the arms forces and police force to 10,000.

They built Somalia's first Police academy since the civil War.

They control the whole the whole of Southern Somalia at one time and at the end control Jowhar, Mogadishu iyo Baydhoa.
