Info on the man who put Bashir Makhtal behind Bars

I just got word from a Bartiire used car salesman that the man who helped nab Bashir is a Minnesota resident, don't know which city, he moves around from what I heard. The only thing known is that he's Majerteen though his sub-clan & family origins is unknown. Apparently there was some shady stuff going on in Kenya to disturb Addis Ababa but the instigators were not affiliated with Bashir. At the time, Bashir, the instigators, and the MN guy were all in Nairobi. When the MN guy got tips from some Oromo refugees that Ethiopia was dishing out prizes for informants, he jumped on the opportunity and got in good with the instigators. Next thing, when the MN guy was about to find last minute information to hand to AA authorities the instigators left Nairobi for some remote areas in Uganda where they had other Somali business contacts. Next thing, the MN guy, desperate to make a quick buck, meets Bashir in a youth club (nightclub for u folks), drugs him and puts him in the hands of Ethiopian officials at the border, far from Kenyan authorities.
