You need to take your thick head back to school and learn the difference between eligible voter and population in a country.

The question is not the population of Hargeisa but of somaliland, and in their it clearly states..3.5 million.

46 million people are now registered voters but the population of the UK is 61 million. The USA its even worse their voter turn out was 132,618,580, but their whole population is 231,229,58 thats a 51% turn out meaning half the population did not vote. Do you know how stupid you sound when you try and use the voter registration as prove of a countries population. Take into account strong factors exist which will keep alot of people from voting, not wanting to finger printed, not having the time or interested in the whole fiasco.
