It is as the people above said. This stuff is made up of many different things but the magic ingredient, the one that distinguishes good uunsi from bad uunsi is usually the putrid green phlegm of old Somali ladies. This is why you will notice that your eyes are starting to water and nose beginning to itch when you sit in a room full of uunsi smoke for more than ten seconds.....

Its a huge health hazard, a painful one too.
Some of the roughest Ukrainian cigarettes I've had were much less harsh than the throat-crushing pain I felt around uunsi. Fuck I hate that shit.
