Niqab is not obligatory, and no.1 can force a sister to put up with it (without her will). The same applies to that awful XXL Jilbab.

As long as sisters are dressed up in an Islamic way (Long, loose clothes covering the whole body - except the face, hands and feet). The additions are not required and won't add up anything to their dress-code.... 8-)
