Let me tell you something, kid. Kopechne death cannot be directly associated with murder, as it was not premeditated but was an ACCIDENT. You always speak ill of the dead, especially someone who was an advocate for human justice. You wouldn't be in this country had it not been for this man and the laws he made possible. Now show some respect troll.

Yes it can. Under the conventional definition of murder, Kennedy is a murderer. An unrepentant murderer, who believes his social standing entitles him to not even receiving a slap on the wrist for killing a 26 year old in cold blood/
Speak ill of the dead? Who is Ted Kennedy to me? His death and the death of a million like him are unimportant in the grand scale of things.
I'm not in the US, don't make assumptions.

For someone who isn't an American, you sure do know a lot about the American jurisprudence. Do you know what constitutes to murder?

I know a lot about jurisprudence in general.
That is not relevant, I am speaking from a universal point of view. Ted Kennedy's actions may have been condoned by amoral America, but globally and even in the US, it is commonly acknowledged that he is the one who got away.
