New Orleans.

Why does taxpayer money keep paying to rebuild residences that are constructed in fundamentally unsafe areas? If someone is financially aided to relocate after a disaster, that's one thing - but to keep building homes and rebuilding homes in areas below sea level is ridiculous.

Anybody who stills lives there deserves to die. Same with those people whose trailer gets hit by a hurricane, then they move right back.

Especially when they complain about their house being destroyed or something. Want to keep your home? Build it well above sea level. Problem solved.

I want the levies to fail again, personally.

It is not the responsibility of the Federal Government to provide relief to the sufferers of Katrina, anyway. Bush did that out of the goodness of his heart.

They should be bowing down and thanking him for even bothering to worry about a shanty town like Louisiana.

It's a fact that 90% of the claims made regarding furniture where looted previously. That's what happens when you have dishonest minorities making up a majority in a city.

Not only do you get unemployment and high crime rates, but you get a sense of entitlement for stuff you didn't even buy.
