Numerous dead Shababis killed in Xamar have come from the Wuuqoyi. My friends in the Police there confirm that dozens of the dead have come from places like Las Canood, Buhodle, Burco, Hargeisa, Bosaso, etc.

As a Djiboutian, you should be concerned because its a matter of time before the Shababis use Somaliland as a base to move into Djibouti.

Maybe their are a few recruits from s/land but don't totally absolve yourselves of blame .. they can't get a foothold in s/land because there is law and order. The chaos in the south is attracting recruits from much farther afield then s/land.

I'd suggest waiting until after the famine strikes. According to the UN 2 million (The entire population of S/Land), will be reliant of food aid.

What they should do is disrupt humanitarian organizations ability to deliver food, therefore starving the entire region and making it easier to take over

Footsoldiers don't count for nothing. Its the men who send them, the financiers, backers that are the true danger.

The Riyaale affair is going to put more Somalilanders off. These men will use that sympathy to slowly gain more support. Once Shabab finishes in the south, they will act.

Remember these men were in hiding for 40 years. They waited until 2006 to act and succeeded.

So you can close your eyes and hope for the best or confront these men who provide much more to the poor of Somaliland through charities than the Riyaale admin.
