Sheikh Sharif Needs Sniper training Camp, so he can take out all the trashes in Somali.
I was reading the biography of Gunnery Sergeant Carlos Norman Hathcock II. I tumble over his name while watching a documentary about the military snipers in the world.
Charles B. Mawhinney was another US sniper who took out 16 enemies in matter of 45 seconds during the Vietnam war.

Sharif needs alot to move out from the few blocks his government is now controling(with amisom support ofcourse)

If he trains 30 great snipers that will be able to take out the leaders of alshaydan and xisbul nijas, then that will demoralize the enemy.

Sh.Sharif xafiduhullah waa miskiin who lacks strategy (and many other things).
Only a general as president can think of snipers.
