You can request but it will not happen and it should not happen. There's nothing wrong with visiting somalinet site during the last 10 days of Ramadan. If you think its wrong then politely abstain from login to the site.

You're more than likely wasting your time suggesting that to them, you're just better off subsiding from SNET, in the remainder of the 10 days.
