He is probably the dumbest Somali to grace this earth. How is it feasible to station a country's navy in another sovereign country? When the Somali navy becomes operational, how will the relocation process work?

Djibouti are Somaliis they protests against the Ethiopian invasion but there's not a lot of difference between Puntland and Ethiopia.
