I am not neutral in this. You need a working economy before you can justify this kind of thing.

Sadder to say, virtually all government officials during periods of foreign aid have been implicated in misappropriation of funds. How many of them have lost a hand or a foot? Reminds me of corporate officers and employees in the states. The marginally quilty get got, and the big fish swim away rich...... :down:

Is there an actual story to go with this photo? I mean why are they sitting together in that room? Is it some sad tale of four theives who got their limps amputated but found friendship and a common understanding?

You can't just put a picture there and not accompany it with any commentary! Well, you can but you mustn't. At least tell us who praded these men? Was it Al Shabab after the deed was done or is the TFG now that the four thieves hopped away into safety?

qaladka ayaku maleh , alshabaabna maleh. waxaa iska leh habartii dhashay kuwaan oo aan aqlaaq soobari. Remember this guys were not stealing food. they owned Isbaaro to be looting people whole night. How many people do you have to rob to get what to eat.

I actually have no heart for thieves. May tuugsadaan inta dadka xoogaayaan. Wadanka ma habartood ayaa uleh.
