Now try as they might, with the latest technology at their disposal, people have yet to produce a car or for that matter any other type of transportation vehicle that operates in complete silence...yet Allah in his infinite wisdom has given us ears that are deaf to our internal machinery, save the occasional burp, hickup, cough or flatulence, maasha'Allah...imagine constantly hearing and being aware your heartbeat, the humming of your nervous system, the grinding of your digestive system...sow wareer ma'aha?

Usually when you are feeling chronic stress is when you get the ringing in your ears, virtigo, and sinking feeling in your heart.

It's something that is effecting a lot of ppl nowadays, hopefully it goes away after a months or weeks.
