It's "Sheikh" Ahmad Madoobe who's been spreading propaganda against al Shabaab. He's been trying to mobilize his sub-clan (Ogadan) inside and outside of the city for war. Hasan Turki appears to only be avoiding this war. Tribalism stills runs rampant. Inshallah conflict will be avoided.
madoobe appears to have become a second Sharif.
