Ever taken into consideration that some systems just aren't upgradable. As old as they may be, they need to be fully discarded and replaced with finer tuned, more aesthetically appealing, newer models. Something about the hardware from the stone age, simply not being able to keep up with this Hi-techie day and age, I'm not sure. But I do know that there is a pretty bleak market out there for it. So, be happy for every keyboard action ya might get, could very well be the poor things last.
You mean keep the old one in the attic and visit it every once in a while to tab away and reminisce about the old days? I think Abdi will agree with me when I say that this was the plan all along.
