ceerigaabo is mixed city and yes both the mayor and the governor are HY, but the doesnt mean HY is majority in the gobol.
in reality the post of governor and mayor means very little outside of the city and doesnt prove anything. the reality is that the majority of the population in sanaag are warsangeli.
most of the major towns apart from ceerigaabo are exclusively warsangali.
