Ignorant Muslims

I've been debating a muslim buddy of mine at work and some of his comments make me think wtf.

Today the topic of homo's comes up and i'm like i aint got time for qamut lut and he was arguing with me that these people are genetically predisposed to be Gay. Wtf he actually fell for this kufr myth, so I asked him if he believed in One God, and he replied of course, then i said so your basically sayin that God created some men to be genetically predisposed to carry out such a filthy sin and he said scientist say its possible. I just gave up after that.

Another time me and 2 work mates were eating lunch in the cafe in our building, then the cadaan fella was talking about how he was drunk etc and asked me and the other muslim fella if we drink, i gave the quick customary answer of no, turn around and the muslim fella was like rarely maybe once or twice a year, then the white fella said 'only christmas mate'? and then the muslim guy answered 'no i'm muslim its haram to celebrate christmas', so theres me thinking wtf lol.

Man no one is perfect but some ignorant muslims you come across daily make you think about the state of some of the ummah.

You should take a gender studies class before you speak, nobleman. Islam is about resistance to temptation. Some are born into satan-worshiping households, which makes them every bit as disadvantaged as the guy born gay.

There are far too many cases to dismiss it. I was watching 20/20 documentaries about kids as young as 2 and 6 who wanted gender changes and shit.

Maybe if you think with an open mind and study some of these controversial subjects you will get a grey answer instead of your typical black-and-white world. Religion is a careful study, you are no different than those ignorant bible-thumping rednecks.

Never taken a gender class and I dont intend to. Personally call me old fashioned but i dont buy that people are born Gay. How does it make sense for Allah to create a man to be predisposed to that sin. Yes man is generally tempted and sinful, but to say I am Gay because God created me that way is not right imo.

They weren't born to be sinful per se, but as you said they just got one extra temptation they have to deal with, just like someone who has a disorder that makes them violent or unable to read. Its just an obstacle. Its not a sin if you don't act on it. I was born to love vagina but that doesn't mean I have sex with every woman that walks by. Its not being born gay actually, its a hormonal mutation, they either get too much of their father's gene or mother's gene on the hormonal level and it creates mental imbalances when it comes to sexuality and preference, it really is that tough. Though MOST gays become so because of environment or pure lust, MANY are born fucked up.

Its a disability like mental retardation, can you hold it against a retarded person if they can't grasp the Koran but try, so can you hold it against a hormonally-retarded person if they can't grasp heterosexuality? If they try to, they will be fine.

You cannot compare metal retardation and a person born with different temptations. Also i agree that people can have these temptations, mainly through shaitan whispers. But to say Homosexuality is genetically predisposed condition is saying that it is perfectly normal for people to act upon these temptations. Personally i refuse to accept that.

Even if they are born to gay, so what? Let them fight it. Just like some people fight the temptation to commit zina. It is all in our power.

You see with Islam, the issue was never loving another man, the issue is doing the acts of qoum-ul-lut.

It is very strange to hear such stories but believe me we Somalians are going to say that in some years after. It was long time in 1994 when
I was talking to a Morrokan man after Friday prayer about Morrokan youths who were dealing with drugs in Heerlen (Holland). Then he
replied donot rush that will come to your folks soon. Walaahi just few years I saw on TV that Ayaan Hirsi on one night insulting Muslims
then at the end she said I donot believe in what you guys believe I shocked and I remembered what that guy told me.

Now back to your story about that man talking about the gay topic it is useless and a way of allowing himself to commit sin being used as
woman or other way.

The other guy is strange he wanted to be lofty but puzzled as he was asked when does he drink occasionally? To me he is nought but
wants to play as modern civilized person.

In conclusion, The first guy is more dangerous than the last and I will admonish you to end up talking to him and if asks tell him because of
what you said I cannot cope up with you straightaway!!!!
