a new govenment Soon to be formed. It would be the strongest Government In Somalia. It would control From Gaalkacyo to Harardheere to Guriceel.

Its in its final draft. Ahmed abdisalan would be the Likely President. I need Cadaado to be the capital for Income reasons.

Hiraan.
Eastern Galgadud.
Southern Mudug.

And Beledweyne should be the Capital.

Why are you uniting under one state instead of forming 5 Smaller States and asking for more resources separately instead of forming 1 State which has 5 times more people than Puntland or Somaliland ?
