Abstinence advocating programs don't work in these communities, they should be handing out condoms to these lazy bastards.

Ugh, you're not pregnant because your parents didn't communicate with you. You're pregnant because you most likely slept through your sex-ed class. :roll:

Do these children honestly think they would have fared better if their parents had given them the abstinence or safe-sex talk? What would their parents have told them? Don't have sex? Use protection? Those are simple points they should have arrived to on their own.

I'd imagine using a contraceptive isn't rocket-science, and if they'd like to be on birth-control and can't afford it, Planned Parenthood has a lot of options available.
