Sxb, this is utterly stupid of you to say. These gangsters don't operate with qabil mentality. Rather their actions are dictated by women, drugs and petty conflicts. It is wrong to inject qabil into the gang problem in MPLS

Then what do you call MWA and I have every right to believe these kids are operated by qabiil. Here and Seattle the era of kids being neighborhood affiliated is gone, all these hood kids I see operate either officially or unofficially on qabiil. Not that any of that is not a factor with these street kids.

Qabil plays almost 0% on the MN violence.It is just that the Madibaan kids commit more crimes than the rest that their name is synonymous with crime. Nothing more.

Are there more madhibaans in the USA than UK? I have only ever seen the famous madhibaan celebrities and never met a real life madhibaan in the UK.
