first they don't like to leave their degan, even the educated will return back (hence you won't see them much in usa and europe).
If one have a good job; the rest of the family will live with him.
if you fart near them (they will come short to kill you) i don't why but they don't like people farting or burping near them.
They have a lasting rancour (spite) if you wrong them and will never forget untill they get their revenge.
They are dark and have soft hair just like the abgaal.
All of them will die for the prophet honor and are a ardent muslims.

you will never see their woman marying anyone else apart afar or maybe to an extend somali from djibouti.
it is never heard an afar girl married to outside let alone tyron the gorilla or steve the polar bear.
Even afar lady who hold doctora will go back to badiyeeh to get married.!!!!!!
