i took 4 cans of that shyt, didnt sleep for 30hrs straight. then i had massive headache for a week

I think the longest I've been up is like 2 and a half days. I was watching a report on 20/20 back in the day where they kept some dude up for 4-5 days and his reflex patterns were about the same as someone who was legally drunk, so sleep deprivation ain't a joke.
