Yhh somalis and northern sudanese look alike I guess, so I can see where the confusion comes from, his features, faith, first and last name and where he currently resides.

I wonder why Sudanese consider themselves Arab and kill the Dafurs when they are just as African as the next Somali/ Ethiopian. I have even seen some even darker then this boy speaking arabic, and wearing Khamis thinking they are arabs.

Saxib, that's an oversimplification propogated by the Western media, the Darfur conflict is over resources which have been disputed since time immemorial in Sudan and Africa as a whole. Reducing the struggle to ethnicity as some try is laughable, that is not what it's about. There was a report circulating from Darfur residents themselves regarding the lies surrounding the situation, how bilingual reporters would instruct them to exaggerate casualties and put emphasis on the ethnic side of things, etc.

Judging by the Islamic definition of 'Arab' they are perfectly within their rights to claim the Arab ethnicity, that isn't debatable.

A lot of lies have been perpetuated about Sudan as a whole, to be frank.

This UN dude came to my college and said the same thing, aid agencies inflate figures, throw about the term 'genocide' to gain the sympathy and funds from an apathetic public. Its a f-king disgrace.
