To the Canadians,

What's the Native issue like? Particularly in Manitoba?
From what I've gathered, their reserves are cesspits, the chiefs spend the government money on khamri and think Lysol is an acceptable beverage.
As far as oppressed minorities go, the current generation of Native Americans are in an excellent position, the amount of government subsidies they receive is unimaginable. In Alberta they all get a $1000 buck check as soon as they hit 18, yet the vast majority spend it on alcohol.
Now consider that this it is in fact the majority, and not the minority who lay around passed out in the street begging for change and you've got yourself a full-blown social problem.
I'm not Canadian, I've never been there, so none of this based off observation, but it's likely accurate, right?
