You can laugh all you want but three minutes is a very LONG time. Some world class boxers train for six weeks just so they could get knocked out in a three minute round. :mrgreen:

Not me (that's information I can not reveal in writing, only in practice..and afterthe mullah has walked out). But the average session is said to last three minutes (when you discount all the preliminary warming up exercises and kisses and the like).
3 minutes? mate that is bullshit and you know it! :lol: :lol:

Three minutes is a long time, Foxy. Anyway, it's not something I invented. It's something I read somewhere. Maybe someone would like to test the theory for us. :mrgreen:
