Rationale: explanation of reasons and principles !!
Did you have to look that one up?
We have explained the REASONS why AMISOM has a legitimate presence in Somalia in our opinion.
A bunch of armed foreign soldiers do not have a legitimate presence in Somalia for a very simple reason; there hasn't been a legitimate government elected in Somalia since 1969. Even if they were, foreign troop presence will still not be legitimate.

The last TFG, and the current TNUG do not enjoy legitimacy in Somalia. Heck, the talkfests that created them were held in neighbouring countries, financed and backed by them. This 'government' has no electorate and no frame of reference to the people they're supposed to be governing. For the most part, they're a collection of criminals, warlords and assorted unsavoury characters. The idea that the Sharif government's invitation is qualitatively different from the Abdullahi government's invitation is bollocks. An invitation of foreign troops is an invitation of foreign troops, whether its a traditional enemy or from the other side of the continent.

It seems for you that assorted African troops killing and maiming Somali's is legitimate and qualitatively different from Ethiopian troops killing and maiming Somali's.
Somebody that says 'irrelevant" to every proposal for mediation has no other fundamental reason but to OBSTRUCT and IMPOSE its own views!
The presence of AMISOM troops has very little to do with mediation, and opposing their presence cannot be construed as obstruction, nor does pointing this out mean that I am going to impose views.

It seems to me that you have so much invested in the Sharif government that you're willing to gloss over his very real failings. This is the SAME pattern of behaviour exhibited by others in this forum when the former government was in power. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

He Has no principality.
He wishes he had a principality. He'd have a nice pretty chair far far away from the damage he does in the current one.

The word you're looking for is principles, saaxib.

Murax's comment is correct. sheikh Sharif has no principality he rules. Villa Somalia and the airport do not constitute 5% of Mogadishu or 0.0000000001% of Somalia. Perhaps you should check the definition.
