Doctor comes in and asks what's wrong

She says "eedo usheeg dhabarka la'iga hayaaa"

Me: Someone is holding her back

Doctor: should I call the police?


Eedo: "dhiiigii baa ifadhiistey"

Me: her blood is sitting down

Doctor: the fuk?


Eedo: "Dhinacaan oo dhan baa imaqan"

me: Apparently she's also missing her whole side

Doctor: chesus christ


Eedo "waran baa caloosha iiga tagan"

Me: There's a spear pierced in her belly

Doctor: Bisinka iyo yassin (and he doesnt even speak somali)


Eedo "Kilyaha baa igasoo boodboodi doono"

Me: her kidneys are about to jump out man!!

Doctor: ....I Quit this shid, I FAKING QUIT THIS JOB!!!

it was just figuratively speaking, DUMB ASS

mastering a complicated language such as Somali takes an intellegent mind, using poetry, proverbs and manipulating language is an art in itself :up:
