..how important milk is for the human body..nothing can replace it...not oat milk..not soya milk or rise milk.....caanaha caadiga ah wax oo dhigmi kara ma jiran.

Your right it is important..esp when you are your age.

I doubt you can drink Nido when you're allergic to milk.
Just imagin a child who never touched milk in his entire life..what that do
to his skeleton......it's so thin so if he falls he will break his legs

I stopped drinking all kinds of Milk by the age of four (back in the days of black and white TV). I still can't stand any kind of milk. However, I have never broken a single bone in my body
yet.
