Borrowing money doesn't make you rich or more financially able, It increases your liability. Islam is perfect.

I'm not gonna burn my money every month by renting a house, while my neighbour pays the same amount and he ends up with a house and I end up with nothing after whatever years.

You are talking utter rubbish. First of all there are something like 72 types of riba,and interest is just one of them. For example if I order 10 cars and they are being shipped and I sell you those cars before they psychically transferred to me. That is also considered riba. My point is learn what riba is before you

The form of riba you described is interest on loans, That is haram regardless of the percentage, whether is 100% or 2%
