They didn't get charged. Lakin the poor mom of the other kid, was charged with other stuff i.e living in a low income home and having thousands of dollars worth of gold and money in her home. They think he stole it or something.

Hennepin county district attorney is asking life without parole, the suspect's only at 17 yrs old they lives are ruined forever, in the process 4 families hopes and dreams shredded as well. Let’s learn from this challenge and change. we should focus on community involvement which is the key to resolving many of our youth issues.
