These two kids are victims themselves! Their parents and city of Minneapolis should be brought to court for failing them. The two poor boys could be like any other teenager had they gotten the right upbringing. Even child welfare advocacy groups should be questioned for not intervening prior to this horrible incident. Unfit parents should never be allowed to raise kids.

If you think these and similar kids are monsters, then who made them act that way? One or two kids can fall through the cracks but this is trend is disproportionately high among Somali communities regardless of locality.

i know these ppl here don't understand that all they like to do is judge. the system failed these kids and so did their parents. if only they had the right support in their life they wouldn't be where they are at now
