No way- Niagra fall is the BEST in the summer time..
why? cause you can go out and see all the venders..you can go the haunted houses (my fav)
And you can go on the gondela and see the whole city...you can have a picnic by the falls...

Of course it's gorgeous in the summer. The beauty of the city comes alive in the summer but the winter provides the most romantic scenery. Try to check in one of these hotels overseeing the falls and watch the snow rocks crushing into the river to create the most natural fireworks of all. Now imagine watching that right from your bedroom with your significant other. Now that is beauty.

I went there in December...it was really beautiful actually...with all the christmas decoartions on the streets and lighting and the fire-works...it was pretty romantic

I went there about 10 times in the summer and only once in the winter. I would say winter was my favorite time there.
