This one is going to bomb so hard.

I have a Macbook Air, why the hell would I need this Ipad for?
how's the macbook air? i was so close to buying one, but when i saw that it does't have cd/dvd/drive burner i got the regular macbook instead.

That's easily fixed, you can get a superdrive specifically for the macbook air and use it when you need it. I was going to buy the Macbook Pro, but chose this one instead and haven't regretted it. It weighs nothing and I got sick and tired of dragging my stuff to school or work every day. Now literally a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulder.

and to answer u first q: the macbook air is f-king..... sweeeet!

Lol Apple have been slated for this product state side lol. Been watching their shares creep up and up for 2 years without buying any, then all of a sudden they release this boom 4% down as of yesterday.

Question is, who's the carriers gonna be?This is especially perplexing for Canadians, who suffer from a dearth of affordable service as it is.
Rogers/Fido and Telus...basically the same carriers that already support the iphone services..
This won't need carriers guys cause its just an oversized iPOD, not a phone. But since it come with external mic, someone will very soon figure out how to run VOIP with wifi and use it to make calls.

Walaahi I watched yesterday and just like that MadTV clip one thing came to mind. this vid came to mind.

It doesn't even have flash support

They'll probably release version two, add USB compatibility plus a couple other essentials and throw another couple hundred dollars onto it's already exorbitant price.
