Well, I think the confusion arises in the def of Black, as in race. It's become a euphamism for West African, Negroid races. In that sense, i'd say no, Somali's aren't Black. But they ARE black in colour, as in opposite of white. SEmantics i'm sure.

How obvious come on I have seen somalis that are so dark that they rival John Garangs relatives.
