I think the one with the big forehead is definitely a Somali, and the one with the hat looks like a Somali as well, the other two, I’m not sure, they could be Sudanese.

they arrested a jilbaab wearing woman (somali version of jilbaab) and a fifteen yrs old boy in an area not far from where i live. maybe they are relatives of the man with the somali features.
