Siciid it depends what field you choose i know couple of friends who finished uni but are having hard time finding entry level jobs, and nowadays degree isn't enough the job market has become quite competitive and employers are looking for more from newly graduates. Some of my friends had to go back and do masters.

International Baccalaureate program – finished in 2007 (took mostly sciences)
BSc in Civil Engineering with a minor in Geology and IT – expected to finish by june this year.

I'm doubtful about pursuing a master's program in sciences or do something in management like an MBA (Yes you do spell this word with with ‘AN’, google it).

Dawwa, you better bank on your other majors because all the civil engineering majors I know are broke and making $10/hour as landscape architectures. Well, in the US at least that major is done. All our roads are done, all our bridges are done. You better pray to work in some really fucked up country to make any money in that field. I'm guessing same for Canada.

That is only in the US and perhaps in other countries but in the UAE although the real estate market crashed there are still a lot of good jobs left for engineers.

I mostly did engineering because math was really easy for me. Science majors are really easy for folks who are good in math, if I did something like a humanity or economics you have to read a shit load of books while for my major there were only a few (but you have to master those completely).

Most banks also love engineering majors, especially investment banks due to our quantitative skills. In any random investment bank up to 50% of the bankers were a science major. So I could always try that.
