my advice to those still uni, is to stay on after first degree and complete post-grad course and at the same time do some meaningfull work experience,(helps the cv)

University of Cali - Berkley, wouldn't be a bad bet. Although it'd depend on what ud go to school for, of course.
Some of those schools are not entirely funded or a partner institution of my UAE scholarship program. So my choice is limited, best US one in that list is the University of California.
Don't want to end up paying $70K for just one year, so I suppose I have to skip them

International Baccalaureate program – finished in 2007 (took mostly sciences)
BSc in Civil Engineering with a minor in Geology and IT – expected to finish by june this year.
I'm doubtful about pursuing a master's program in sciences or do something in management like an MBA (Yes you do spell this word with with ‘AN’, google it).
