If I wanted to build a school or a hospital in Somalia. Whats the best way to go about it?
How do I find someone to do it?

1.. how much money do you have

2.. what kind of school are u planning to build,

3.. where in somalia do you want this school to be built.

4.. why a school.?

Basically if you want 100% of that money to be spent on construction, supplies etc then you have to physically fly to somalia and over see all the work yourself.

From my experiences of going there recently, everything is about back hand payments.

It really all depends on where in Somalia you want to build this school. Some places are very dangerous for you to go. In those cases you have to have someone who is trusty who can represent you and your investment..

The best two choices are:

Either you go in person...Or you use one of the building companies(contracters) that are available in the area...and in the second choice you still need someone to overlook your money...
