There's nothing funny about this, if Ethiopians are so stupid how is it that they have a functioning country and they invaded Somalia. This whole IQ based tests are stupid.
On average African students living in the west does better in school then most, it's all about playing on a level playing field. Only racists hold any real value to these world IQ tests, leave a random white dude in the Kalahari desert where those click speakers live I bet they won't survive more than 2 days, it's all about environment dude.

I agree with the stats. Seriously Ethiopians must be really dumb to keep putting up with the sort of governments they have had. This is the only country where people starve even when there is no drought and the farms are producing a lot of food. The government owns all the farms and all the people are workers or more like slaves on a plantation. I can't believe we allowed people this allow in our capital.
