Puntland is a source of commerce for these folks just as Hargeisa is, sometimes a refuge from the oppression back home...So its a neccessary risk, but i would say the vast number are safe from Riyaale and Futoole's policies although not immune...Faroole has also recently taken steps to dismantle the PIS which is linked to the Ethiopian intelligence agencies.Somaliland i cannot say the same, they are heavily involved with Ethiopia to there own admission ofcoarse.
